These terms cover the use of this website and the quotes and services we provide for holiday lighting in the St. Louis and St. Charles County area.
Using this site
You may use this site to learn about our services, preview lighting designs and request a quote. Please only upload photos you have the right to share, and only submit accurate contact and address details.
Previews are illustrations
The home previews are computer-generated design ideas. They show a look and feel, not an exact plan. Your real display is measured and designed on site, and final placement may differ.
Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on this site are starting points, not final pricing. Every quote depends on your roofline, height, access and the design you choose. A quote is confirmed once we send it to you in writing and you approve it.
Scheduling and access
Install dates are scheduled as capacity allows and may shift for weather or safety. Please make sure we have access to the property and working exterior outlets on your install day.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in your approved quote. Work is scheduled once your quote is approved and any required deposit is received.
Service, take-down and storage
Service during the season, take-down and storage are included as described in your approved quote. Take-down happens in January on the schedule we agree to with you.
Cancellations and changes
Let us know as early as you can if you need to change or cancel. Changes made after materials are cut or scheduled may affect your price.
Your property
We install with care and without stapling through shingles or gutters. We ask that you tell us in advance about fragile roofing, landscaping, pets or anything else we should work around.
Communication
By submitting a form, you agree we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted here is the one that applies to your use of the site.
