Timers, power and why your lights keep tripping the GFCI

The single most common holiday lighting service call is not a burnt-out bulb. It's an outlet that keeps cutting out. Almost always the cause is water reaching a connection, or too many strands sharing one exterior circuit.
We plan power before we hang a single clip. Commercial-grade LED draws a fraction of what incandescent C9s pull, which means a typical single-story roofline runs comfortably on one circuit. On larger homes we split the run across two, so a single failure never takes the whole house dark.
Connections get lifted off the ground, sealed and positioned so meltwater drains away rather than pooling. Every install gets an outdoor-rated timer set to your schedule — dusk to 11pm is the most popular — so nobody is crawling behind a shrub in December.
If a section does go out mid-season, that's what in-season maintenance is for. Call or email and we come back out to fix it at no charge; it's included in every package we sell.
